For 32 years, proposals and petitions are sent to honor him with the medal, but every time the topic was out, it was ignored with excuses. When Pentagon finally assigns a lawyer to investigate, some shocking and shameful acts are revealed. These acts are mostly by the corrupt and incompetent Congressmen who are embarrassed and guilty for costing the lives of so many people. The movie is surely seen as an important film and helps in discovering its value for themselves. The script is meticulous, and so is the direction which makes it authentic.

The movie took 20 years to complete. The production began in 1999 when Tod was doing research for some other movie. The project had been canceled by many Studios, but in 2017, they kicked off with the production officially.
